How it all started

Hossauges started in the summer of 2024 as the three of us prepared to head into our first year of college. The idea came to us that spring while we were trying to find a creative way to share our passion for barbecue and cooking. From the beginning, we envisioned Hossauges as more than just a sausage company—we wanted to build a brand that brings people together and puts a smile on every customer's face. With that goal in mind, we set out to create a line of handcrafted sausages unlike anything else on the market, combining our love for traditional barbecue with bold, creative flavors that reflect our passion for cooking.
